Billington Cartmell Scotland staffs up as business grows

Edinburgh agency Billington Cartmell has hired a new account manager to work across several key accounts as the agency continues to grow.
Pamela Craig joins from media agency Feather Brooksbank where she planned and bought multi-media campaigns for accounts including the California Tourist Board, bet365 and the Royal & Ancient golf club.
She had been with Feather Brooksbank for four years and had previously worked with Waverley Wines.
David Guy, business director of BCL Scotland, said: “Our aim is always to deliver the most highly-targeted, effective and innovative work for our clients – and we need someone of Pam’s calibre to assist smooth delivery of projects at a time of agency growth."
